| Report: | Another 3-2 win for the Four Oaks 1st team, Steve Jones doing the business in the 5th. Both with weakened sides, but Stourbridge had weaker. Hopefully both will have full strength sides for the return trip and I won't be feeling the effects from a heavy weekend.
Ollie Grovesnor was the name of their no. 5, not Oli Martin but couldn't find him on the rankings list. |

| Away Report: | Great night down at Four Oaks, our ex squash chair Simon lost 3-0 in a very exciting game and a young, promising junior in Oli working hard and fighting on to the last point. Another 3-0 loss but plenty of positives. Nas playing at 3 decided to do a Anthony Joshua inspired upper cut half way through the match which was pure accidental - got the best out of his opponent. Another win for four Oaks, 3-2. It was Chris & Matt that salvaged some pride for the rams, chris winning an entertaining 3-2 and Ginger Jones dismantling the number 1 seed 3-0. Great night of squash, with a great Chinese meal, great set of lads with food banter. Looking forward to the return fixture already. |
